Dear friends:

I rarely write or fill out customer surveys, but I am motivated to do so by the impact of one of your employees.  His name is Gul and he attended to us on our recent trip from St Paul, MN to West Glacier, MT and back.

I have never received better service from anyone anywhere.  Gul has learned one of the deep secrets of life, how to find joy in service.  He has become one of my own role models, one of those people I think about when I am stressed or irritated.  From now on, at those times, I will think, "What would Gul do?"

You are lucky to have him in your service.  Thank you for a great train trip.
